In Home Training
I travel to clients’ homes within the greater Phoenix area and bring with me various resistance training equipment, and we use the equipment that you have at home to facilitate a rounded program comprised of cardio, strength and stretching.
Each session is one hour in length, Telephonic and email support (up to 3 ) are offered between scheduled sessions. So, there’s continual support throughout the week for check-ins and accountability.
Buddy or Small Group Training
I also do buddy training, meaning that two or more people (e.g., husbands and wives, mothers and daughters, or friends or co-workers) who want to train at the same time can.
The cost is split between the participants. In buddy training, I do all the same things as offered in the one-on-one training; but design a program and exercises that fit each of the member’s goals and abilities.
If you live outside of the Des Moines metro; or if you prefer, I offer coaching and training over the phone and through Skype. Sessions are thirty minutes(specific time set aside on agreed upon day/time) to go over health goals/homework/challenges/successes and setting the stage for the following week; or to train virtually. These sessions include three emails and/or texts throughout week to touch base regarding your goals/questions/wins/struggles; and/or review of and comment on your personal blogs/food and activity logs.
