Jenspiration provides inspiration, personal training and health coaching services to people who want to look, feel, and be their best in fun and convenient ways. Virtual and face-to-face options available.

Individual Personal Training

Each session is one hour in length. During that time we workout together and  I create a rounded program comprised of cardio, strength and stretching to help you reach your goals. 

 I offer email support (up to 3 check-ins in between scheduled sessions) to provide continual support and accountability. 

We can train at my Gilbert-based studio. $65/hour 

 

 

OR

I travel to clients’ homes or local parks  within the Gilbert/East Valley metro and bring with me various resistance training equipment, and we use the equipment that you have at home . $85/hour

With the purchase of 6 sessions, your 7th session is complementary.

Buddy or Small Group Personal Training

I offer buddy training, meaning that two or more people (e.g., husbands and wives, parents and kids, or friends or co-workers) who want to train at the same time can.

The cost is split between the participants. In buddy training, I do all the same things as offered in the one-on-one training; but design a program and exercises that fit each of the member’s goals and abilities.

Virtual Personal Training & Health Coaching

If you live outside of the Gilbert/East Valley metro; or if you prefer, I offer coaching and training over the phone and through Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangout/Zoom. Sessions are thirty minutes(specific time set aside on agreed upon day/time) to go over health goals/homework/challenges/successes and setting the stage for the following week; or to train virtually. These sessions include two emails and/or texts between booked appointments to touch base regarding your goals/questions/wins/struggles; and/or review of and comment on your personal blogs/food and activity logs.

$35/30 minutes

With the purchase of 6 sessions, your 7th session is complementary.

Virtual Well-Being Challenges

On a rolling basis, I offer virtual well-being challenges running between 4-8 weeks in length. You will be placed on a virtual team with participants from across the country. Each week will focus on a different aspect of health/well-being. You will receive a weekly workout, 15-minute individual coaching check-in with me, and a Challenge workbook.
