Gourmet Goodness - Easy Peasy With This Smoothie

Do you think eating fancy takes time and a lot of money? Not necessarily! Treat yo' self with this decadent smoothie that'll make you feel like you're at a fancy schmancy retreat! 

AND, use a cool trick that I'm loving! We've all seen the meme with the avocado that's like, "Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. OKAY NOW YOU CAN EAT ME. Too late." LOL Well, make your 'cados last longer by freezing them! 

Yep! They freeze like champs (peel and pit them first and then store in plastic bags in freezer and plop into your smoothies to add a rich creamy texture). I've not tried thawing them out and eating them room temperature (YET); but I'll keep y'all posted!

Keeping frozen avocados πŸ₯‘ on hand to make this yummy gourmet looking goodness! 8 oz coconut πŸ₯₯ milk, 1/2 tblspoon cacao, 1/2 frozen avocado πŸ₯‘β€”β€”- blend and top with pomegranate seeds πŸ˜‹ it’s super smooth and packed with goodness!
